Ray, firstly I need to apologise. I have neglected my blog over the past month or so and have only just seen your comment.
DeleteAs for which visa you should apply for, that depends on what you want to do. If your wife and child want to visit and then return to Thailand, then yes, a Family Visit Visa is the right one for you.
If they want to come and live in the UK with you, then you need to apply for a settlement visa.
